I use EMDR to speed up processing, and Internal Family Systems and Energy therapies to provide you with tools you can use after therapy. I have found these techniques to be enormously successful in resolving trauma, anxieties, depression, and in removing blocks to your overall well-being and success in life.
I speak Spanish and have experience living within other cultures. These have given me some insight into issues of privilege, etc., and I enjoy working with members of cultures different from mine, including Native Americans, Black Americans, Asians, members of the military, the LGBT community and others.
