I am an experienced counselor serving people of different racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. As a therapist, I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families with problems such as depression and sadness, anxiety, grief and loss, challenges in relationships, work-related issues, health related issues, as well as difficulty during transitional periods in life. As a person, I am an open-minded and nonjudgmental individual who enjoys working with people of different genders, orientations, and identifications. I am very compassionate but also utilize my critical thinking skills to help my clients reach their goals and begin to live life as they desire.

Together, we will address your current distress and what might be getting in the way of your ability to move forward, as well as, the underpinnings that may be at play in your life.
