Phenomenal Women

By creating a safe and supportive environment, I facilitate a weekly group where women can come together to connect with other women, build resilience around areas in their lives and boost mental health and wellbeing. The group setting offers a unique opportunity for mutual support, validation, and learning from others who may be facing similar challenges. Ultimately, my goal is to empower each woman to navigate their challenges and cultivate meaningful connections within the group.
