I strive to create a safe space in which my patients feel secure and accepted so that they can begin to grapple with the issues that brought them to therapy. My approach is collaborative. This is your therapy, and you are the expert on your experience. My job is to use my clinical expertise to facilitate your journey and help you get to where you want to be.
My treatment approach is integrative, utilizing various modalities depending on your concerns, preferences, background, and personality. I'm particularly partial to somatic and mindfulness-based therapies.
I value diversity and truly enjoy working with a wide range of people. I reserve a subset of my practice for working with people who are marginalized in our society. I welcome LGBTQIA+ patients and am kink/poly friendly. I'm able to respond to emails in a more timely manner than voicemails.
