My approach to therapy is eclectic and person-centered, drawing upon different therapy modality styles based on the goals and needs of the individual, with an emphasis on an integrative mind-body approach to wellness. I appreciate creativity, humor, and playfulness, which I believe deserve a place to exist in the therapeutic process.
