I I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach who specializes in personal growth and development, communication skills, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationships. As a practitioner, I offer tele-therapy and coaching working with a broad spectrum of clients including children as young as zero to school aged. I also provide behavior intervention which would also include parenting classes.
I have been clinically trained and certified in trauma focused and evidence based practices such as Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I work collaboratively with my clients providing support and practical feedback to effectively address life challenges. With compassion, empathy and understanding, I work to help identify and build on strengths, explore personal growth and attain the healing that they are committed to achieving.
