I am a bilingual clinician at Foresight Mental Health San Antonio. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University (TAMU). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in the mental health field since 2017. I acquired my clinical skills in a variety of mental health settings including a social service organization, behavioral health hospital (inpatient and outpatient), a community health clinic, and my present position at Foresight Mental Health.
I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults, and enjoy helping them navigate the struggles they face in adjusting to adult life and taking on new roles. I have clinical experience in a wide range of areas, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, pregnancy/motherhood issues, stress management, grief, and trauma.
My overall counseling style is client-centered and holistic; I allow my clients room to form their own goals in order to help provide them with the tools to live a more fulfilling and joyful life.
