My practice focuses on helping adults that are muddling through the daily struggles of adult life, such as relationships, parenting, careers, and other stressors, that can lead to substance misuse, legal issues, anxiety, depression, and more. Although it can feel overwhelming and impossible to navigate, I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming these things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
