Hello, My name is Marlena Glenn. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide individual, and couples counseling for individuals facing challenges with anxiety, frustration and depression. My approach to therapy is holistic. During sessions the common modalities of therapy that are used include: Gottman, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused.
I typically work with clients facing challenges at work, school or home. I work with both couples and individuals. I provide a safe non judgmental space for clients to share.
I have always enjoyed helping individuals explore solutions to life challenges. I believe if you are willing to do the work, you can overcome obstacles and achieve goals. As a therapist, I believe the client is the expert. My role is to walk along side the client and collaboratively develop a treatment plan and goals.
