I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has worked with a variety of populations during my 15 year career. My theoretical perspective is that people are neither good or bad, only stuck in cycles of thought, behavior, and emotions. My favorite part of this career is walking beside people as they learn how to implement strategies and achieve emotional freedom.
I offer intensive sessions, up to 6 hours per day. This clean out the gutters approach is equivalent to 3 months or more of weekly individual sessions. In my practice, I have found that in order to create true change we need to address the root of the issue, which is often negative messages taken in throughout our lives.
