I have experience in working with couples/families to build more positive and healthy relationships, individuals with depression/anxiety management issues, trauma and trauma recovery, domestic violence, and adolescent emotional/behavioral issues. I use systemic theory, attachment theory and CBT therapies. I have specific training in trauma-focused therapy.
