I believe therapy can be effective through humor, stories, as well as gaining knowledge. I do give homework assignments via U-tube or books, to help client make progress quickly. I believe in building new skills, such as improved coping skills, improved communication skills, and improving personal boundary skills. I am an intuitive listener, with excellent assessment skills. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Behavioral Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania with over 30 years of clinical experience. I also am a Board Certified Telemental Health Therapist. My expertise extends into areas of self-esteem and co-dependency issues, childhood abuse, ACOA recovery, as well as issues with anxiety and depression.
