I earned my master's degree in School Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2016, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of my students. In 2022, I furthered my expertise by successfully completing an Advanced Counseling Certificate program at Montclair State University, enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care. I am driven by my passion for helping individuals become the best versions of themselves.

I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with Person-Centered Therapy to meet my clients where they are on their journey and guide them towards achieving their personal goals.

I have not only provided individual counseling in this area but have also actively engaged in group therapy sessions and teaching related to grief.
