I've been seeing adults, adolescents and couples for psychotherapy for 30 years. I work actively to help people identify the conflicts and past issues that are keeping them from fulfilling themselves in happy lives. I'd be glad to meet with you to discuss your particular needs.
Since completing training in 1995 at NYU Postdoctoral Program I've also been doing psychoanalysis with adults, and have been teaching and supervising psychoanalysis. Relational Psychoanalysis is a much more active and personally engaging process than the traditional one. I also work a lot with couples looking to alter ingrained patterns of conflict and frustration.
I have worked with fellow professionals, creative people, business people and first responders in individual and couple modalities.
