If you are looking for help understanding and reducing your Depression and Anxiety, I am a very experienced Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with 15 years of specializing in working with people who suffer from these. If you come to my office, I will help you understand why you are anxious or depressed and walk you through in plain and conversational steps how to reduce your symptoms and be free of these powerful and painful afflictions. My office is relaxed and comfortable and I make it a point to try to make psychotherapy a normal experience or we can do Virtual Sessions as well.

I was trained by a Board Certified Psychologist over 10 years in both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Behavioral Therapy and I work with Relationship issues as well.
My style is casual and relaxed and the goal is for you to feel comfortable talking and having a conversation, not a clinical setting that will put you off. My goal is that you would get to the point where you feel you are stopping in to "talk to Mark today" rather than feeling like you "have an appointment to see a therapist".
