I assist couples process & progress through challenges in communication & conflict resolution while helping create a relationship of mutual benefit. I also help individuals work through issues, such as abandonment, trauma, grief, self-assessment, & creating internal peace.
For me, hope is the catalyst for change. Using an honest & positive approach to communication, self-analysis & understanding will help couples & individuals achieve their desired outcomes. I am a Master's level Marriage & Family Therapist. My approach is systemic & direct. We may encounter some difficult sessions & emotional moments but we we'll get through.
