Relationship problems, problems at work, parenting challenges, and a counter-productive relationship with yourself--how you motivate yourself and how you talk to yourself--are all areas in which I have many years of experience. Making healthier lifestyle choices, and sticking with them, coping with health conditions, and compulsions and addictions are also conditions I have extensive experience treating.
I work with trauma and PTSD. I did extensive work with people who were acutely affected by 9/11.
