I provide substance abuse & mental health life coaching. I help successful and ambitious people overcome their substance abuse & mental health challenges, so that they can achieve their life goals. I am a clinical & prescribing psychologist. I am also a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor. I also hold a Masters Addiction Certification through NAADAC.
My passion is to help those I work with to reach their individual goals – “One Day at a Time.” I do this by helping those I work with set worthy goals and to explore their past experiences, both positive and negative, and then I help them to make adjustments in their lives so that they can become the person who they want to become.

I use a cross-cultural, motivational interviewing, life coaching approach. Sessions are weekly for 12-weeks. The cost is $6,200.
