My name is Mark Schlutsmeyer and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing full-time in Yuba City, California, and part-time throughout California via teletherapy. I work with adults on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, self-harm, addiction/substance use, grief, spirituality issues, and relationship problems. I especially enjoy working with adults who have co-occurring mental health and addiction/substance use issues. Because of my work experience, I am very comfortable working with dual diagnosis (co-occurring addiction/substance use and mental health symptoms), relationship problems, and with people from many different spiritual/religious and cultural backgrounds. I am also comfortable working with either a short-term, solution-focused therapy approach or a longer-term.
