Accepting new clients! I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. Life can be tough at times. External stressors, inner turmoil, and relational problems can cause significant disturbances in our lives. As a therapist, I want to compassionately and honestly walk with you as we explore new ways to engage with your world.
I have experience with clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, marital/relational challenges, family issues, and infidelity. My approach is rooted in Attachment Theory. In addition to having a Masters of Marriage & Family Therapy, I have postgraduate training in trauma (EMDR) and couples therapy (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy).
I know it takes great courage to reach out for help. I would love the privilege to work with you.
