In person or virtual, we'll work together to help you or your child develop effective skills to help manage daily stressors, process past traumas, manage anxiety, etc. Life can bring many situations that leave us feelings confused, overwhelmed and out of control. While working together I will be able to help you with being able understand how these situations impact you. We will work towards developing tools to take control and manage the situation more effectively. As a parent, I will support you as well as your child in navigating life's challenges.
I have experience working with individuals, families, children of all ages and adults. Allow me to help you with developing skills to better manage stressors, anxiety, depression, and/or self-esteem issues that may impact your daily life. As adults, we often struggle with change and allowing ourselves to open up and seek help when needed.
