The pace of our daily lives seems only to be increasing in speed, and our ongoing hustle to keep up on a daily basis has only diminished our ability to slow down when we want to. My approach focuses on helping my clients address issues with anxiety, depression, video game addiction, and motivation.
I utilize a psychodynamic and relational approach to learn and reflect with my clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves. From there I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based techniques to help build the skills necessary to achieve their desired outcomes.
