As a therapist with over two decades of experience in human services, social service, and therapeutic fields, I prioritize a kind, gentle, and non-judgmental approach. It is my passion to help individuals feel at ease as we navigate through these life challenges together.
Beginning as a social worker in 2000, I've since earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology and specialized in aiding adults, children, and families. With DBT, CF-CBT, and Grief work training, I help with issues including grief, depression, trauma and LGBTQ and faith matters.
I value my leisure time with my wife of 28 years, three daughters, and our dog, Pumpkin. We relish family movie nights, game playing, outdoor adventures, and enjoying humor and songs together.
