I have been seeing clients in a variety of settings since 2008. I love working with teenagers and adults, individuals and couples. My embracing style allows me to work effectively with client's from all backgrounds, beliefs, sexual orientation.
I have much experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, life transition, faith crisis, LGBTQ issues, trauma. I use a variety of techniques to support and assist you in your journey: CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Solution Focused. I am pursuing EMDR certification.
I have a relaxed, embracing style. It is important to me that you feel safe and supported and I work very hard at making sure I am doing my best to provide that space for you.
