I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I am a US Army Veteran. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I received my Bachelor Degree in Social Work from CSU Fresno in 2006 and my Master Degree in Social Work from CSU Fresno in 2008. I have experience in both in-patient and out-patient mental health treatment, co-occurring treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues, I work with individuals couples and families, and I welcome patients from ages 5 and up.
My specialities include LGBTQ+, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorders, and Anger Management. I also have extensive experience working with Military/Veterans, First Responders/Law Enforcement, and their families.
My approach is client centered. Often times my patients come to me with the answer already inside their heart and I understand that it takes time to open up to peel back the layers.

Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century
I am a Level II Anger Management Coach with Century Anger Management - Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century. (internationally recognized and approved by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation). This group is in-person and limited to ten people per session. The core group is ten sessions that meet one time a week, purchase of a workbook is required (available on Amazon), and participants are welcome to repeat the ten session cycle as many times as needed. I only accept cash/card however you are welcome to submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement.
