Sometimes life can be be very hard and you can feel like no one cares or is willing to listen. We've all been there, but I'm here to tell you that there is help available. I offer short term and long term therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a person centric/strength-based approach to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere for you to work on your problems. I am a veteran of 24 years, and have over 14 years experience as a first responder/law enforcement. I have training in trauma and grief counseling as well.
