I've been a therapist for over twenty years and have worked with clients of all ages, genders. and sexual orientations. I've done this through my work in a therapeutic school, a psychiatric hospital and community mental health agency.
I shy away from the word happy and work to steer my clients toward contentment and self-fulfillment.
This is accomplished through an eclectic mix of therapeutic tools which include a focus on cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapy through the lens of existentialism.
