Groups
Men's Anger Management Group
Our classes are on Zoom. We have a ten week program so people can practice the skills we discuss. You can begin any Thursday. Each week we discuss a topic related to anger management and emotional intelligence. We focus on self regulation of emotions. The class is $400 for the ten sessions. That can be paid $40 per session or there is a ten percent discount if paid in full at the beginning. I do an hour orientation prior to the first class. If possible from 6-7 the first night. There is no additional fee for the orientation.

Women's Anger Management
We do not currently have a women's anger management group in place. We will start one back up if we get several interested people. The group is ten weeks and focuses on anger management, emotional intelligence and self regulation. Some modules are gender specific for women such as the role of shame in anger. The cost is $40 per session with a ten percent discount if paid in full. We can also conduct the class on an individual basis. The fee for individual classes is $50 per class with the same discount.
