My passion is helping families, adults, and children to gain insight and power over their lives as they learn how their minds work. I have a special interest in helping you to take steps to be compassionate to yourself, accept your worth, and find the motivation and skills to improve. I find that this approach helps adults and children (with parental participation), and even toddlers better manage various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, intrusive thoughts, chronic pain, ADHD, trauma, and other challenges.
You have an 'owner's manual' to your brain. We can quickly discover what is on it's pages. Intentionally acting according to that manual, rather than just going with the flow of life, will help you become who you choose to be.
I know that attending the first therapy session takes a lot of courage. It is also a great step towards a healthy mind and life. I work on-site with Southeast Idaho Family Practice.
