I am a 63-year-old Latino from the Los Angeles Area. As a teenager and young adult and now as an older adult, I encountered many obstacles that I had to figure out by myself. My hope is to support you in overcoming your obstacles. I grew up around hard-working people who had little or no education. I had no examples to follow or mentors to guide me. I understand what it feels like to feel alone even in a crowded room. I can assist you with your obstacles by helping you understand their origins and by learning about the power that you possess to overcome them.
I specialize in fear and stress related obstacles, especially those related to work, school or family issues. As we overcome those obstacles, you will find that similar approaches will help overcome obstacles in other areas of your life.
I promote healing and growth by selecting the best approach for the person and the obstacle or obstacles to be overcome. I believe that most of what we are as humans is learned and that we can learn ways to behave and feel that help us live a better life.
