I work primarily with Emotionally Focused Couple, Individual, and Family Therapies (EFT). I am also trained in Organic Intelligence Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. My therapy is IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy informed.
