I utilize evidence-based treatments including Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate tools and techniques from research-based treatments to help people set and reach their goals
