I provide counselling to adults and couples for a wide range of emotional, behavioral and trauma related issues to include depression, anxiety, grief, stress, divorce, anger and wellness. I have over 15 years experience helping our service members and their families deal with the stress of military life and deployment, to include children and adolescents.
