Maritza is nationally trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, addiction, and trauma.
I pursued education to gain a better understanding of myself and how to live and maintain a healthy mind and life. Now this journey of recovery has led me to advocate and support others pursuing their own wellness journey to living a life of wholeness.
