I’m a licensed clinical social worker, which helps me see the big picture. Your strengths, personality and values make you who you are. As you begin to heal, you’ll be able to express yourself more authentically. I use effective therapies like CBT and DBT which will help you change any patterns getting in your way, as you learn effective coping skills.
