Hello! I’m Marissa. I am here to offer you a safe space to heal and overcome the lasting effects of trauma. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through the challenging journey of healing from traumatic experiences. I am here to support you on your journey, no matter what challenges you face. Whether you're struggling with trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, religious trauma, perinatal mental health (for new moms and dads!), depression, or anxiety, I’m here to listen and provide guidance. Together, we can create a brighter future.

I specialize in the following areas: PTSD & trauma, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, women's issues, dissociation, depression, and anxiety. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Theory.

I am a compassionate and analytical therapist that uses humor and creative means to work through your therapy journey. I deeply value a non-judgemental space to facilitate a process of exploration, self-compassion, and growth.
