This process alleviates debilitating symptoms so that we can discover what truly and uniquely works for us in therapy. I have experience working with people of all ages, the majority being youth ages 10-22 experiencing acute mental health crises, and I am open to working with folks of all ages and with any mental health support needs.
Music therapy fosters expressive healing, easing symptoms and strengthening your lifelong connection to music. No musical skills are required; just a love for music and a willingness to engage creatively. It sparks creative growth without judgment or musical evaluation. Together we can discover your musical connection and its support in your life.
