Supporting growth in self-awareness helps us lean into who we are, accept ourselves, and look at growth edges that may be painful or scary. As a therapist, I encourage my clients to achieve better ways of engaging with problems of living and improve personal well-being by expanding self-awareness and developing interpersonal communication skills. I practice from a clinical, Gestalt-oriented, developmental lens with evidence-based approaches, to support clients where they are and as they engage in the therapeutic process.
My clinical expertise is in supporting the LGBTQIAA+ community. I also work with people of all backgrounds wishing to address concerns related to; anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief/loss, life transitions, desire for personal growth, challenging family dynamics, difficulty with communication, and sexual orientation and gender identity.
