I work with individuals to heal symptoms such as depression, anxiety, addictions, chronic pain or illness, grief and attachment based wounding. I use Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent Communication and Brainspotting as tools and frameworks to aid the healing process. I am guided by the belief that you are the expert in your own healing.
