Every person experiences unique struggles that can feel incredibly painful to endure. When we feel pain, anger, confusion, or a host of other difficult emotions, our capacity to engage in our lives decreases. I will work with you to understand your emotions, thoughts, and relationship patterns. Understanding how you work and how your history impacts your life today will help you move towards a greater sense of wellbeing. When we know ourselves, we can begin to assess how we want to grow and change. This work takes time, and I will be there with you through the journey.
My clinical practice follows a psychodynamic framework which places a strong emphasis on the relationship between client and therapist. We will work together to understand all the different aspects that make up who you are.
I currently work with children, adolescents, and adults. Some areas of interest in my clinical work are anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
