I wanted to become a therapist to be a professional helper, providing support throughout the healing process. I decided to specialize in OCD after working with perinatal mood disorders and realizing how under-treated and misdiagnosed postpartum OCD is. This realization highlighted the importance of growing my competency to better serve such a significant population. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD.
