My years of experience as a School Psychologist have affords me the unique perspective of how to support the whole child, through building connections between home, school and the community. I work with you to identify strengths and work towards solutions by changing thought processes, modifying behaviors, and understanding emotional regulation.
I am skilled in counseling children of all ages with a range of abilities. I have a comprehensive view of childhood development, mental health diagnosis, social/emotional and executive functioning deficits, learning challenges, behavioral interventions, special education services and helping families understand how to best support their children.
I have a deep understanding of the trials and tribulations of life (both childhood and parenthood) and through counseling sessions will help you identify the strengths that already exist, teach new skills, and support you through the ups and downs of personal growth.
