I am provider at ARC Counseling and Wellness where we provide high quality support and therapy services to our clients. I work with a wide variety of presenting issues adults and couples may seek support for specializing in trauma and relationships. I aim to empower clients to overcome their trauma and other difficulties while uncovering any underlying processes in order to heal and grow.
I am trained to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and struggles related to trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and eating disorders. I also offer psychological assessment/testing and am passionate about utilizing assessment to help clients gain clarity and guidance.
I care deeply about being an active, safe ally and serving diverse communities. I continuously works to better understand the difficulties that are experienced by all clients and see each client as the expert in their own life.
