I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are interested in identifying and exploring the way their emotions and thoughts can affect their actions. I look to help clients as motivated individuals that can achieve their own personal growth and change.
I have worked with children of all ages (youngest being 6; oldest being 22) for the last three years. I have experience working in a school that is designed to help children with dual diagnoses adapt to their environments and expand their coping skills to be able to generalize to any environment.
I strive to constantly evolve to be engaged with the best practice for clients. I aim to utilize a variation of techniques in session that help build rapport, understanding, and recognition of present and future goals of the client by providing empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate those changes.
