I believe therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique journey. It is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach and that will be reflected in our sessions together. I have experience and I am very passionate about working with those within the adoption constellation, families, pregnant/postpartum, and those experiencing grief.
