Hi, I’m Marissa, I am a licensed clinical social worker living in West Michigan with over 8 years of experience providing mental health services to adults based in both Michigan and Washington state. I have training in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, career stressors/burnout, and anxiety. I have special interest in working with other healthcare professionals on issues related to the emotional toll that being a helping professional can take and finding better ways to manage the unique stressors of the job.
