Everyone deserves to be listened to intently, to be given space to process their thoughts and emotions, and to be witnessed in their experiences. I hold an intentional and nonjudgmental space for you to share your story, and come back to your core self. You have the freedom to assess and express what you would like to work on, and I use my training and techniques to help you bring about the healing, progress, and change you deserve.
I specialize in working with women's issues, body image/food relationship, identity, self-confidence, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and perinatal mental health. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I employ narrative, somatic-based, and solution-focused therapy modalities to support clients in reaching their goals.
Although I work with many different people, my focus is on adults, young to mid-life, who are seeking relief from feeling anxious or depressed, feeling out of touch with themselves, feeling disconnected in relationships, feeling a lack of confidence, or navigating women's issues. If that sounds like your experience, I'd love to connect and partner with you.
