I can help you navigate your day to day and make connections that you may not have made before. I work with clients to recognize and change unwanted thinking patterns, manage their stress, and prioritize themselves. I want to help people feel better about the future and even the present again.
My speciality is trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy. I help clients work through how their thoughts and feelings affect their behavior and how their behavior may impact their thoughts and feelings. It's all connected! We will work collaboratively to replace negative thinking patterns, regulate emotions, and practice self care and boundary setting.
