Welcome! My name is Marissa. I have experience helping those struggling with anxiety, grief, navigating relationship challenges, and more. As a therapist, I take a warm, collaborative approach. I believe building a strong therapy relationship is essential to create change. I use a blend of techniques to best fit your needs, including emotion and attachment-focused approaches, mindfulness-based strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other approaches.
