I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through life challenges in order to experience healing and growth in their lives. I specialize in helping clients address their trauma, depression, and anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered while utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients to find their voice and recognize their resiliency. I meet my clients with empathy and open-mindedness. My passion for helping others who struggle with life transitions, trauma, and mental health led me to become a therapist.
During my undergrad education, I had the privilege to work with children, youth, and foster parents. It is where I recognized the need for having a supportive person to help teach coping skills and validate life's challenging experiences.
I closely work with all my clients to create/identify their own goals they want to achieve and focus on. During first session, I like to provide space for clients to share what brings them to therapy and get to know them.
